I had a small repair to a torn seam of my 15 year old carpet made yesterday prior to a complete cleaning. Your manager Johnnie was quite thorough at the time the estimate for cleaning was performed. He pointed out to me, the fact that your good company could repair a torn seam which I didn’t even know could be repaired. The clean and repair came out better than expected and Raul the technician, was courteous and right on time. Last Friday (May 29), Bonded Carpet installed carpeting in our living room and bedroom. My wife and I would like to share our feelings regarding the entire process with Bonded from our initial contact to installation.

We had been carpet shopping for a time and found what we thought to be quality carpeting at on of San Diego’s larger flooring stores. The closer we got to making a deal, the higher the bottom line price until we called off the transaction. We felt as through we were about to fall victim to a “bait and switch” sales tactic. We were understandingly rather upset.

Then a friend suggested we try Bonded Carpets. We did and the rest is, as they (the ubiquitous they) say, history. We found the prefect carpet from among the large selection of samples. We than made an appointment to have Bonded Carpet’s sales representative come to our home and measure the area we wanted carpeted. Bonded Carpet sent Rudy was not only a consummate professional but was also friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to stay as long as needed to insure that we, the customer, understood the characteristics of the carpet and pad we had chosen and the installation process. The following day, Rudy called us with an itemized price for the carpet, pad, and installation that was not only fair and understandable but was lower than the large local chain of flooring stores.

Installation day arrived and so did the installers. These three men were efficient and courteous and demonstrated a high level of expertise in their work.

In summation, we would like to thank you and Bonded Carpet team for a job not just well done, but extraordinarily well done. We will, in the future, enthusiastically recommend Bonded Carpet whenever we can. Again, please thank everyone involved with our carpet purchase.

Just wanted to take a minute to say “Good Job!” regarding a few of your employees at Bonded.

Patrick came out to lay some new vinyl in one of our apartment kitchens and front hallway here and he did an excellent job. Looks terrific! And after chatting with him for a while and observing him hard at work could tell he enjoyed his job and took pride in his craft. He has an amazing eye for detail and that’s appreciated.

And the next day Ryan came out to clean a very soiled carpet in the same unit. The tenants are wonderful and have been living there a long time and we wanted to do some updating for them at our expense. I wasn’t, sure if the carpet could be saved and we didn’t really have the budget to replace the carpet but Ryan assured me he could get it pretty clean. He pre-treated the carpet and gave special attention to the dirtiest areas and I was quite amazed when he was done. Looks like new! He took the time as well to explain drying times and how to help ventilate the areas.

I’m very pleased and the tenants are thrilled with both projects.

My wife and I have our carpets cleaned about every six months. (We have three cats, a dog, and a very active two year old.).
