Standard and Premium programs both come with a 14-day no re-soiling guarantee, which Bonded Carpet will gladly return to re-clean any soiled areas should the original stain or soil reappear within 14 days of the original date of service.

Please note no carpet is 100% stain proof. Many conditions can cause permanent discoloration of carpet fibers. Dyes in some foods such as ketchup, mustard and beverages like coffee and red wine, as well as bleaches, acids and acne medicine etc. can cause permanent stains. Even the acid in some pet urine will cause discoloration.

Bonded Carpet also offers a re-imbursement program that if you try and save a carpet and then decided within two weeks to replace it, purchasing the carpet and installation from Bonded, Bonded will credit you for the expense of the carpet cleaning.
