My wife and I have our carpets cleaned about every six months. (We have three cats, a dog, and a very active two year old.). Needless to say our carpet takes a beating, and we expect a lot from our carpet service. Over the span of four years, Bonded has continued to meet their goal of service excellence. Their technicians are on time, communicate effectively, possess professional attitudes, and best of all do a great job. I would also like to single out our favorite carpet tech, Danny Zavala. Danny really takes the time to listen to the customer, and I think that contributes to his success. He is efficient, honest, punctual, and has a strong work ethic sets him part for the rest.
