Eugene Just wanted to take a minute to say “Good Job!” regarding a few of your employees at Bonded. Patrick came out to lay some new vinyl in one of our apartment kitchens and front hallway here and he did an excellent job. Looks terrific! And after chatting with him for a while and observing him hard at work could tell he enjoyed his job and took pride in his craft. He has an amazing eye for detail and that’s appreciated. And the next day Ryan came out to clean a very soiled carpet in the same unit. The tenants are wonderful and have been living there a long time and we wanted to do some updating for them at our expense. I wasn’t, sure if the carpet could be saved and we didn’t really have the budget to replace the carpet but Ryan assured me he could get it pretty clean. He pre-treated the carpet and gave special attention to the dirtiest areas and I was quite amazed when he was done. Looks like new! He took the time as well to explain drying times and how to help ventilate the areas. I’m very pleased and the tenants are thrilled with both projects. Thanks so much for two great jobs.
